目的：设计一种成本低廉、性能稳定的移动护理信息系统，改变传统的护理模式，起到便携、移动的作用，达到护理即时、床旁操作的目的。方法：结合国内日趋成熟的移动4G网络，选择性能优良的手机终端与操作系统，自主研发设计适合当前移动护理需求的移动护理系统软件。结果：通过移动护理系统各功能模块之间相辅相成，并能很好地应用到临床护理工作中，实现了移动的护理信息工作需求。结论：移动护理系统的设计及应用，在人力资源成本控制、工作效率优化以及事后责任明确等方面都收到了较好的效果，促进了护理管理工作更加严谨与科学，为提高医院声誉、减少医患纠纷提供了信息化的管理方法。

Objective:To design a low cost, nursing information system with stable performance to subvert the traditional nursing mode, play the role of portable, mobile, instant, bedside purpose. Methods: The combination of mobile 4G networks the increasingly mature, choose excellent mobile phone terminal and operating system, independent research and development design for current mobile nursing needs Mobile Nursing Information system software. Results:Through mobile phone terminal and operating system supplement each other, the system can be well applied to the clinical nursing work, realizes the mobile nursing information work demand. Conclusion: Mobile Nursing Information system, in the human resources cost control, work efficiency optimization and afterwards clear responsibility and other aspects has received the good effect, to promote nursing management more rigorous and scientific, but also provide convincing query basis for the medical dispute, the overall increase in the hospital reputation.
