砂土液化问题是地基处理中所面临的重要问题之一,已引起工程界的普遍重视。在众多抗液化措施中,预制桩是一种常见的方法,但目前很少有工程会利用预制桩挤土效应的有利影响来消除地基土液化现象,大部分都是采用加大桩长、桩径来提高单桩承载力以达到处理地基土液化的目的。本文对采用预制桩的工程实例进行了分析,证明了在天津软土地区液化土层较厚的情况下,利用预制桩挤土效应的有利影响,不但能消除地基土液化影响,而且液化土层的侧摩阻力无需折减,从而提高了单桩承载力,布桩数减少,节省了投资,对环境污染也降到了最低。

Sand liquefaction is one of the important problems in the foundation treatment, the problem has attracted widespread attention in the industry. Among the many anti-liquefaction solutions, precast pile is a common solution. But in practices, most of projects prefer to increase the pile length and the pile diameter to improve pile capacity to eliminate the soil liquefaction, instead of adopting precast pile. After analyzing the real case that adopted precast piles, this paper found that the precast pile is a better solution to the soil liquefaction in Tianjin territory where the liqueifed soil layer is relatively thick. Precast piles can squeeze soil effectively, they will not only eliminate the influence of foundation soil liquefaction, also keep the lateral friction from the liqueifed soil layer unreduced, so it will save investment as it needs less piles in the project as the capability of single pile is improved. Meanwhile, it will reduce the pollution to our environment.
