预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC桩)具有施工工期短、单桩承载力高、监测方便、造价较低、对环境影响小等优点,在我国大部分地区应用普遍,在施工过程中经常发生桩顶破损、桩身折断沉桩达不到设计的控制要求等现象。本文以多个工程的PHC桩原体试验为例,探讨了PHC桩施工质量问题的主要原因,通过采取相应的施工控制措施,确保原体试验取得了成功,也为工程桩施工提出合理施工建议和注意事项,降低了工程桩施工时的施工质量问题。

Prestressed high-intensity concrete pipe ( PHC pile ) has a short construction period、high bearing capacity of single pile, monitoring is convenient, less expensive, small impact on the environment etc., they are widely used in most areas of our country, in the process of construction pile top damage, breakage of pile, the pile sinking is not up to the design control requirements the phenomenon. In this paper, the PHC pile prototype testing in many project as an example, discusses the main reasons of the quality problems of PHC pile construction, adopt corresponding measures for construction control, ensure that the prototype test was successful, and matters needing attention for the engineering pile construction put forward reasonable suggestions for construction, reduces the problem of construction quality of engineering pile construction.
