当前中国内陆风电场正处于大规模开发阶段,根据相关技术规定,风电并网设计中应开展电力系统接纳风电能力的专题研究,本文以河南某市局部区域电网为例,通过对该区域风电场出力特性及其与负荷变化的相关性分析、电力电量平衡、电网调峰能力分析、相关电气计算及无功电压分析,归结出研究局部区域电网接纳风电能力的一般思路及方法。

Wind farm is in a large-scale development phase in Chinese inland. According to the relevant technical regulations, the thematic studies of wind power integration capacity should be carried out in wind power integration design. A city grid, the local area in Henan, is take into account in the study, and some analysis are carried out, such as the analysis on the regional wind farm output characteristics and load changes, the electric power and energy balance, power peaking capacity, the calculation of the relevant electrical and reactive power and voltage, attributed to which the methods of wind power integration capacity in local area grid is summarized.
