目的:评价Sysmex XN-9000多功能全自动血液体液分析仪体液模式下细胞计数与分类的性能。方法:采用XN-9000分析仪,在体液模式下分别检测红细胞计数(RBC-BF)和有核细胞计数(TC-BF)的精密度、准确度、携带污染率及线性范围;使用分析仪和显微镜分别检测247例体液标本的RBC-BF、TC-BF、多个核细胞(PMN)及单个核细胞(MN),并对结果进行相关性分析。结果:XN-9000分析仪检测高值、中值和低值体液中RBC-BF和TC-BF的CV分别为1.72%~5.13%和1.37%~3.65%;TC-BF和RBC-BF的携带污染率分别为0.10%和0.06%;线性范围分别为(0~16.52)×109/L和(0~5.73)×1012/L;XN-9000分析仪和显微镜RBC-BF、TC-BF、PMN以及MN计数结果具有高度相关性(r=0.984,r=0.996,r=0.991,r=0.993;P<0.01)。结论:XN-9000多功能全自动血液体液分析仪体液模式具有较好的体液细胞计数和分类功能,可应用于临床。

Objective:To evaluate Sysmex company latest XN-9000 multi-function automatic blood analyzer of fluid(hereinafter referred to as the XN-9000 analyzer) mode of fluid cell count and classification performance. Methods:The XN-9000 analyzer fluid mode respectively to detect the red blood cell count (RBC-BF) and nucleated cell count (TC-BF) precision and linear range, accuracy, carrying pollution; Use XN-9000 and microscope specimens of 247 cases of fluid was detected in RBC-BF, TC-BF, multiple nuclear cells (PMN) and mononuclear cells (MN), and the results are correlation analysis. Results:XN-9000 meter high, medium and low in the body fluids of TC-BF and RBC-BF CV were 1.72%~5.13%and 1.37%~5.13%;TC-BF and RBC-BF carry pollution rate were 0.10% and 0.06% respectively; Linear range(0~16.52 respectively)x109/L and(0~5.73)x1012/L;XN-9000 analyzer and microscope RBC-BF, TC-BF, PMN and MN counting results with high correlation, (r=0.984, r=0.996, r=0.991, r=0.993; P<0.01). Conclusion: XN-9000 analyzer fluid model has better fluid cell count and classification function, can be applied to clinical.
