目的:探讨检测血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)与尿肌酐(UCr)比值在2型糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值。方法:依据24 hUmAlb的定量检测结果,将91例2型糖尿病患者分为A组(30例)、B组(31例)和C组(30例);并选择30名健康者为对照组。A组为糖尿病无肾病组(UmA1b<30 mg/24 h);B组为早期糖尿病肾病组(EDN)(UmAlb 30~300 mg/24 h);C组为糖尿病明显肾病组(ADN)(UmAlb>300 mg/24 h)。对3组患者进行HGF、Hcy、UmAlb以及UCr含量检测,并与对照组进行比较。结果:①B组和C组血清检测结果均显著高于健康对照组和A组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.86,P<0.05);②C组水平高于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.01,P<0.05)。结论:检测血清HGF、Hcy、UmAlb以及UCr对2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断及病情监测具有重要价值。

목적:탐토검측혈청간세포생장인자(HGF)、동형반광안산(Hcy)화뇨미량백단백(UmAlb)여뇨기항(UCr)비치재2형당뇨병신병중적진단개치。방법:의거24 hUmAlb적정량검측결과,장91례2형당뇨병환자분위A조(30례)、B조(31례)화C조(30례);병선택30명건강자위대조조。A조위당뇨병무신병조(UmA1b<30 mg/24 h);B조위조기당뇨병신병조(EDN)(UmAlb 30~300 mg/24 h);C조위당뇨병명현신병조(ADN)(UmAlb>300 mg/24 h)。대3조환자진행HGF、Hcy、UmAlb이급UCr함량검측,병여대조조진행비교。결과:①B조화C조혈청검측결과균현저고우건강대조조화A조,차이유통계학의의(t=1.86,P<0.05);②C조수평고우B조,차이유통계학의의(t=2.01,P<0.05)。결론:검측혈청HGF、Hcy、UmAlb이급UCr대2형당뇨병신병조기진단급병정감측구유중요개치。
Objective: To investigate the effect of combined detection of serum hepatocyte growth factor (hepatocyte growth facto R, HGF), homocysteine (Hcy) and urinary albumin (UmAlb) and urinary creatinine (UCr) ratio in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Based on the quantitative determination of albumin in 24 h urine results in 91 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into 3 groups:group A was non DN group (UmA1b<30 mg/24 h) in 30 cases, B group for the early diabetic nephropathy group (EDN) (UmAlb 30 mg-300mg/24h) in 30 cases, C group. Disease overt nephropathy group (ADN) (UmAlb>300 mg/24 h) in 30 cases. For detection of serum HGF, Hcy and UmAlb, UCr content of the 3 groups of patients, and compared with 30 healthy control groups. Results:(1) in B group and C group were significantly higher than that of healthy control group and A group, (t=1.86, P<0.05), C group (2) was higher than that of B group, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.01, P<0.05). Conclusion:It has important value of combined detection of serum HGF, Hcy and UmAlb/UCr to early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy fault and condition monitoring.
