针对开关电源系统中普遍存在损耗高、谐波含量大、体积大等问题,提出一种基于DSP控制的低损耗、低谐波、高功率因数开关电源优化设计系统。系统采用基于DSP生成的PWM波控制开关通断,主电路采用移相全桥零电压软开关技术,由改进的EM I滤波电路进行滤波,并应用平均电流控制方法控制Boost -PFC。整个设计对EM I滤波、功率因数校正、零电压开关等电路进行优化,通过仿真和实验结果表明,该设计具有损耗低、谐波含量低、体积小且输出电压稳定、控制电路简单、变压器制作难度得以简化、可靠性高等优点。
針對開關電源繫統中普遍存在損耗高、諧波含量大、體積大等問題,提齣一種基于DSP控製的低損耗、低諧波、高功率因數開關電源優化設計繫統。繫統採用基于DSP生成的PWM波控製開關通斷,主電路採用移相全橋零電壓軟開關技術,由改進的EM I濾波電路進行濾波,併應用平均電流控製方法控製Boost -PFC。整箇設計對EM I濾波、功率因數校正、零電壓開關等電路進行優化,通過倣真和實驗結果錶明,該設計具有損耗低、諧波含量低、體積小且輸齣電壓穩定、控製電路簡單、變壓器製作難度得以簡化、可靠性高等優點。

Aiming at the problem of switching power supply system such as high loss , big harmonic content ,large volume and other issues ,it puts forward an optimization design system based on DSP control of the low loss ,low harmonic ,high power factor of switching power supply .The main circuit of the system adopts phase‐shifted full‐bridge zero‐voltage soft switching technology ,and it is filtered with a modified EMI filter and corrected with the Boost PFC which is controlled by the mean current control method .The control circuit uses DSP to generate PWM waveform . The EMI filter , power factor correction circuit and zero voltage switching circuit are designed and optimized . The simulation and experimental results show that the design has the advantages of low loss ,low harmonic content ,small volume and stable output voltage , high reliability ,simple control circuit and simplified transformer manufacturing .
