某350 MW热电联产机组的低压工业抽汽需经过减温后后才能送往热用户,本文比较了两种减温方式对机组热经济性的影响:一种为直接喷入凝结水减温,另一种为通往蒸汽冷却器加热部分给水后实现减温。通过计算分析,设置蒸汽冷却器后可以降低发电标煤耗,每年可节省费用约43.76万元。

The low industrial extraction steam of a 350MW cogeneration unit should be desuperheated before being sent to heat users. Two methods of desuperheating were compared on thermal economy in this paper:one is injecting the condensate water directly, the other is shunting part of the extraction steam to a new steam cooler in order to heat part of the boiler feed water. The analysis results shows that the second method will reduce the standard coal consumption and save about RMB437,600 every year.
