采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)技术制备出T400涂层。利用显微硬度试验机测试了两种涂层的硬度,通过橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验和扫描电镜(SEM)对两种涂层的涂层磨粒磨损性能和磨损形貌进行分析,利用静态液压万能试验机进行涂层剥离测试分析。结果表明院涂层的硬度随着喷涂距离的增大而增加。 T400涂层磨损失效主要以形成平行于磨料滑行方向的犁沟为主。

T400 coating were manufacturing by HVOF technology. The hardness of coating were examined by microhardness testing machine. Abrasive wear properties and appearance of the coatings was evaluated based on the rubber wheel abrasion test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Stripping characteristics of the coatings was obtained by the static hydraulic universal testing machine.The results show that:the coating hardness increased with the increase of spraying distance. T400 coating wear failure mainly formed parallel to the sliding direction of abrasive furrow.
