目的:用HPLC法测定枣仁安神胶囊中丹酚酸 B 的含量。方法以流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸洗脱,柱 Inertsil樇 ODS-3(5μm,4.6×250mm),检测波长286nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL? min -1。结果丹酚酸 B 在0.1065~2.130μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99994。结论本法重现性好能准确定量,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
目的:用HPLC法測定棘仁安神膠囊中丹酚痠 B 的含量。方法以流動相乙腈-0.1%燐痠洗脫,柱 Inertsil樇 ODS-3(5μm,4.6×250mm),檢測波長286nm,柱溫30℃,流速1.0mL? min -1。結果丹酚痠 B 在0.1065~2.130μg範圍內呈良好的線性關繫,r=0.99994。結論本法重現性好能準確定量,可作為該製劑的定量分析方法。
목적:용HPLC법측정조인안신효낭중단분산 B 적함량。방법이류동상을정-0.1%린산세탈,주 Inertsil수 ODS-3(5μm,4.6×250mm),검측파장286nm,주온30℃,류속1.0mL? min -1。결과단분산 B 재0.1065~2.130μg범위내정량호적선성관계,r=0.99994。결론본법중현성호능준학정량,가작위해제제적정량분석방법。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Zaoren Anshen Capsules by HPLC.METHODS Hesperidin,Honokiol and Magnolol were isolated with acetonitrile-0.1%H3 PO4 , The chromatographic conditions were:Inertsil+ODS-3 column,detecting wavelength at 286nm,flowing rate of 1mL?mL-1 and the column temperature of 30℃.RESULTS A good Linearity of salvianolic acid B was in the range of 0.1065~2.130μg respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation .
