Aluminium%Tween-20%Sucralfate tablets%Spetropho-tometry
目的:建立测定硫糖铝中铝的新方法。方法在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,吐温-20存在下,铝、铬天青S与溴代十六烷基吡啶反应,反应产物在波长620nm处有最大吸收。结果在实验最适条件下,铝浓度在0~0.20mg? L -1之间存在线性关系(r =0.9994)。方法检出限为0.008mg? L -1。 RSD=0.75%~3.95%。样品加标回收率为97.8%。结论方法应用于硫糖铝中铝的测定,结果满意。

OBJECTIVE To develop a simple and sensitive method for determination of Aluminium in Sucral-fate tablets.METHODS A novel and sensitive spectrophometric method for rhe determination of Aluminium was developed ,which is base on the coupled reaction of chrome azurol S-ammonium bromohexadecyl pyridine-tween-20 content in acetic acid medium .the Aluminium content was determined photometric ally at 620 nm.RESULTS Alu-minium in the linear concentration range of 0~0.20 mg? L-1 was determined with a detection limit of 0.008 mg?L-1 .RSD 0.75%~3.95% and the recovery rate 97.8%.CONCLUSION The method has been applied to the determination of Aluminium in Sucralfate tablets samples .The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed .
