佛山与温州有着民营经济发达，产业结构相似的特点。两地经济发展态势良好，趋势相同。此外，还面临着“中小企业多而融资难，民间资本多而投资难”的问题。为探索这一难题的解决途径，国家2012年在温州设立金融综合改革试验区，致力于引导民间金融阳光化、规范化。温州金融改革的经验与成效对佛山民间金融发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Wenzhou and Foshan are two cities that have many similar characteristics, such as the industrial structure, the economic development status and the development trend. Simultaneously, Wenzhou and Foshan are suffering from the similar financial dilemma: numerous small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) are lack of financing support, and numerous private capital is lack of investment channel. To solve such a dilemma, the central government of China sets up a financial reform region in Wenzhou to bring both the capital need side and capital supply side on board. The experience and lessons of Wenzhou financial reform provide important implications to Foshan private financial development.
