目的：：探讨手机依赖对大学生躯体健康的影响。方法：采用手机依赖量表、躯体亚健康量表以及自编的躯体不适量表，对合肥市4所高校的709名大学生进行调查研究。结果：相关分析表明，手机依赖与躯体亚健康、身体不适之间关系密切，相关系数分别为0.49、0.27。进一步分析表明，手机依赖高分组在躯体亚健康、躯体不适量表上的总分显著高于手机依赖低分组，说明手机依赖影响了大学生的躯体健康。结论：手机依赖对大学生的躯体健康产生了消极影响。
目的：：探討手機依賴對大學生軀體健康的影響。方法：採用手機依賴量錶、軀體亞健康量錶以及自編的軀體不適量錶，對閤肥市4所高校的709名大學生進行調查研究。結果：相關分析錶明，手機依賴與軀體亞健康、身體不適之間關繫密切，相關繫數分彆為0.49、0.27。進一步分析錶明，手機依賴高分組在軀體亞健康、軀體不適量錶上的總分顯著高于手機依賴低分組，說明手機依賴影響瞭大學生的軀體健康。結論：手機依賴對大學生的軀體健康產生瞭消極影響。
목적：：탐토수궤의뢰대대학생구체건강적영향。방법：채용수궤의뢰량표、구체아건강량표이급자편적구체불괄량표，대합비시4소고교적709명대학생진행조사연구。결과：상관분석표명，수궤의뢰여구체아건강、신체불괄지간관계밀절，상관계수분별위0.49、0.27。진일보분석표명，수궤의뢰고분조재구체아건강、구체불괄량표상적총분현저고우수궤의뢰저분조，설명수궤의뢰영향료대학생적구체건강。결론：수궤의뢰대대학생적구체건강산생료소겁영향。
Objective:To explore the influence of mobile phone addiction on college students' physical health. Methods:This study selected 709 college students from 4 colleges in Hefei, and they were assessed with Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale (MPAI), Physical Sub-health Scale and Physical discomfort Scale. Results: Correlation analysis showed that mobile phone dependence closely related to physical sub-health and physical discomfort, and the correlation coefficient is 0.49 and 0.27 respectively. The subjects were then divided into two groups named high group and low group, the t test showed that significant difference between two groups, and this result further stated that the phone Addiction had influence on people's health.
