目的:研究 RA(类风湿关节炎)患者MRI信号差异在各序列表现的临床价值。方法回顾分析我院自2008年9月至2014年5月以来,于我科检查的73例RA患者临床资料作为研究组,对照组选择同时间段的65例健康志愿者,对研究组患者冠矢轴位分别进行扫描,对比信号差异。结果研究组患者早期实施动态增强 MRI,腱鞘、血管翳、关节囊滑膜与对照组相较,均呈明显增厚表现(P<0.05);且两组各序列下MRI信号均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论 RA患者实施动态增强MRI,所测滑膜厚度、Slopemax、ERmax、TIC等指标,与早期MRI征象特点相结合,能够明确病理改变,并且不同序列下MRI信号,具有特征性表现及特点,这对RA的早期诊断、治疗、预后等,均有着非常重要的临床价值,应结合患者具体情况,给予推广。

목적:연구 RA(류풍습관절염)환자MRI신호차이재각서렬표현적림상개치。방법회고분석아원자2008년9월지2014년5월이래,우아과검사적73례RA환자림상자료작위연구조,대조조선택동시간단적65례건강지원자,대연구조환자관시축위분별진행소묘,대비신호차이。결과연구조환자조기실시동태증강 MRI,건초、혈관예、관절낭활막여대조조상교,균정명현증후표현(P<0.05);차량조각서렬하MRI신호균존재차이(P<0.05)。결론 RA환자실시동태증강MRI,소측활막후도、Slopemax、ERmax、TIC등지표,여조기MRI정상특점상결합,능구명학병리개변,병차불동서렬하MRI신호,구유특정성표현급특점,저대RA적조기진단、치료、예후등,균유착비상중요적림상개치,응결합환자구체정황,급여추엄。
Objective To study the RA (rheumatoid arthritis) in patients with MRI signal differences in the sequence.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2008 September to 2014 May, clinical data of 73 patients with RA in our department examination as the study group, and 65 cases of healthy volunteers were selected in the control group the same time period, the study group patients with parietal axial scans were performed comparing the signal difference.Results the study group patients with dynamic enhanced MRI, tendon, joint capsule synovial pannus, compared with the control group, both showed thickening performance (P<0.05),and the sequence of MRI signal were different (P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic enhanced MRI implementation of RA patients, the synovial membrane thickness, Slopemax, ERmax, TIC and other indicators, combined with early MRI features, can clear the pathological changes, and different sequence of MRI signal, has the features and characteristics of RA, the early diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and so on, have a very important clinical value, should be combined with the specific circumstances of patients, given the promotion.
