针对圆管型气辅挤出工艺,建立模拟分析几何模型,选用PTT黏弹性本构方程,采用Polyflow有限元仿真软件模拟研究不同挤出流量、管径、壁厚及气辅段长度时挤出制品的挤出胀大。结果表明,传统挤出时挤出胀大比随挤出流量的增加而大幅增大,气辅挤出时挤出胀大比随其提高而增长甚微,其值始终接近1,可忽略不计;气辅挤出时挤出胀大比随管径增大而微弱增加,随壁厚增大而微弱减小,且都可得到基本消除;挤出胀大随气辅段长度增长而减小,最终趋于1。
針對圓管型氣輔擠齣工藝,建立模擬分析幾何模型,選用PTT黏彈性本構方程,採用Polyflow有限元倣真軟件模擬研究不同擠齣流量、管徑、壁厚及氣輔段長度時擠齣製品的擠齣脹大。結果錶明,傳統擠齣時擠齣脹大比隨擠齣流量的增加而大幅增大,氣輔擠齣時擠齣脹大比隨其提高而增長甚微,其值始終接近1,可忽略不計;氣輔擠齣時擠齣脹大比隨管徑增大而微弱增加,隨壁厚增大而微弱減小,且都可得到基本消除;擠齣脹大隨氣輔段長度增長而減小,最終趨于1。
침대원관형기보제출공예,건립모의분석궤하모형,선용PTT점탄성본구방정,채용Polyflow유한원방진연건모의연구불동제출류량、관경、벽후급기보단장도시제출제품적제출창대。결과표명,전통제출시제출창대비수제출류량적증가이대폭증대,기보제출시제출창대비수기제고이증장심미,기치시종접근1,가홀략불계;기보제출시제출창대비수관경증대이미약증가,수벽후증대이미약감소,차도가득도기본소제;제출창대수기보단장도증장이감소,최종추우1。
Through the finite element simulation software Polyflow,building pipe-shape geometric model and selecting the PTT viscoelastic constitutive equations,die swell phenomenon of extruded products aiming at pipe-shape gas-assisted extrusion technology was simulated in different extrusion flow,pipe diameter,wall thickness and gas-assisted length. The results show that the die swell ratio of traditional extrusion increases sharply with the increasing of extrusion flow,while increasing faintly in gas-assisted extrusion,which is closed to 1 and can be ignored. In gas-assisted extrusion,the die swell increases faintly with the increase of diameter,while the die swell decreases faintly with the increase of wall thickness,and both of them can be basically eliminated. The die swell decreases with the increasing of gas-assisted length,and trends to be 1 at last.
