目的：建立藿草壮骨合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中淫羊藿、熟地黄进行鉴别。结果在薄层色谱上鉴别出制剂中淫羊藿、熟地黄的特征斑点，且斑点清晰，无干扰。结论该法结果可靠，方法简便，专属性强，重现性、耐用性好，可为藿草壮骨合剂的质量控制提供参考。
목적：건립곽초장골합제적질량공제방법。방법채용박층색보법대처방중음양곽、숙지황진행감별。결과재박층색보상감별출제제중음양곽、숙지황적특정반점，차반점청석，무간우。결론해법결과가고，방법간편，전속성강，중현성、내용성호，가위곽초장골합제적질량공제제공삼고。
OBJECTIVE To establish methods of quality control for the Huocao Zhuanggu Mixture .METHODS Epimedium and Rehmannia glutinosa in the prescription were qualitative identified by Thin Layer Chromatography ( TLC) method.RESULTS The characteristic spots of Epimedium and Rehmannia glutinosa in prescription by thin layer Chromatography was clear with no disturbance .CONCLUSION This method is viable,simple,high specificity and good repeatability with durability .It can provide the reference of quality control for Huocao Zhuanggu Mixture .
