通过对淋浴花洒的注塑模设计,介绍了齿轮圆弧抽芯机构的工作原理及其设计方法。利用齿轮机构可以精确控制圆弧抽芯机构的运动位置,这种机构传动比稳定,结构紧凑,成本较低。模具采用一模两腔布局和点浇口形式,通过四板式模具结构实现模具顺利开模。

s:The injection mold of plastic shower is presented,and gear arc core-pulling mechanism by which arc pulling core could be controlled precisely was used for the part. Compared with the other similar mechanism,gear system had the advantage of stable ratio,compact structure and low cost. The layout of a mould with two cavities and point gate were applied in the mold and four plates for mold smooth opening.
