本文对某小区高层住宅的结构进行设计,阐述了剪力墙结构中剪力墙的布置不仅应遵循规范规定的基本原则,还要结合建筑平、立面图和使用功能,通过计算验证,对布置不合理的剪力墙位置进行反复调整,得出周期比、位移比、刚度比、轴压比等各项指标,使其均满足规范要求,选出最优的剪力墙的布置方案。同时高层建筑的基础选型尤为重要,本文通过工程实例对高层筏板基础中梁板式和平板式两种基础进行建模计算分析,在节约材料、施工难度和受力特点方面综合考虑后,得出优先选用平板式筏板基础较为经济合理的结论。

Through the structural design for the high-rise residential structure in a community, the article elaborates that shear wall arrangement in the shear wall structure should not only follow the basic principles of code requirements, it also need to combine architectural flat/verticoal view and the use function, and then through computing validation, repeatedly adjust the improper location of the sheer wall, then obtain period ratio, displacement ratio, stiffness ratio, axial compres?sion ratio and etc. and make them satisfy the code requirements, finally pick out the optimal layout plan of the sheer wall. High-rise building foundation type selection is particularly important at the same time, using the practical case of an proj?ect as the example, the article carries on modelling calculation and analysis on the beam plate type and flat plate type of the high-rise raft foundations, after comprehensive consideration of their material saving function, construction difficulty, and mechanical characteristics, it reaches the conclusion that the priority selection of plate type raft foundation is more economic and reasonable.
