目的：对子宫动脉栓塞术联合甲氨蝶呤用于治疗胎盘植入的护理措施进行分析。方法：选取行子宫动脉栓塞术联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的患者15例作为研究对象，对所有对象进行一系列的术前及术后护理。结果：所有对象均能及时止血，除1例患者部分子宫切除，其余14例患者均得以保留子宫。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术联合甲氨蝶呤用于治疗胎盘植入，并加以一系列术前和术后护理，能及时止血并得以保留子宫。
목적：대자궁동맥전새술연합갑안접령용우치료태반식입적호리조시진행분석。방법：선취행자궁동맥전새술연합갑안접령치료적환자15례작위연구대상，대소유대상진행일계렬적술전급술후호리。결과：소유대상균능급시지혈，제1례환자부분자궁절제，기여14례환자균득이보류자궁。결론：자궁동맥전새술연합갑안접령용우치료태반식입，병가이일계렬술전화술후호리，능급시지혈병득이보류자궁。
Objective To study the nursing measures of patients with placenta implantation treated by uterine arterial embolism combined with methotrexate. Method A total of 15 patients with placenta implantation who were received uterine arterial embolism combined with meth-otrexate were enrolled into this study. All the subjects were received a series of preoperative and postoperative nursing care. Results All the subjects had got effective haemostasis. Among 15 cases of placenta implantation treated by uterine arterial embolism combined with methotrex-ate,only one patient was received the womb partial excision. Conclusion For the patients with placenta implantation treated by uterine arterial embolism combined with methotrexate,nursing can stop bleeding timely and preserve uterus.
