Three A‐doped perovskite manganite Nd1‐xCaxMnO3 were synthesized under mild hydrother‐mal conditions. The SEM photographs showed that our products had high purity and good crystallinity. The results of ICP (cation doping proportion x) was x=0.8 ,0.7 ,0.6. The results of XRD showed that they were orthorhombic system with space group Pnma.
