目的：探讨手法复位小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折（ Distal radius fractures，DRF）的临床效果。方法：将139例桡骨远端骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板外固定治疗，观察其疗效。结果：所有患者随访6~26个月，平均（13.7±3.5）个月，总优良率为95.68％，局部自觉疼痛缓解时间3~9 d，平均（6.3±1.8）d；手背肿胀消退时间4~15 d，平均（5.8 ± 1.9）d；骨折愈合时间28~63 d，平均（34.8 ± 9.2）d。治疗后掌倾角和尺偏角的度数均较复位前有明显的改善。结论：手法复位小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折手法简便，易学易掌握，应用广泛，创伤小、痛苦少、费用低，疗效确切、功能恢复快、并发症少等优点，值得基层医院大力推广应用。

목적：탐토수법복위소협판외고정치료뇨골원단골절（ Distal radius fractures，DRF）적림상효과。방법：장139례뇨골원단골절환자채용수법복위소협판외고정치료，관찰기료효。결과：소유환자수방6~26개월，평균（13.7±3.5）개월，총우량솔위95.68％，국부자각동통완해시간3~9 d，평균（6.3±1.8）d；수배종창소퇴시간4~15 d，평균（5.8 ± 1.9）d；골절유합시간28~63 d，평균（34.8 ± 9.2）d。치료후장경각화척편각적도수균교복위전유명현적개선。결론：수법복위소협판외고정치료뇨골원단골절수법간편，역학역장악，응용엄범，창상소、통고소、비용저，료효학절、공능회복쾌、병발증소등우점，치득기층의원대력추엄응용。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of the manipulative reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of distal ra-dius fractures( Distal radius fractures,DRF). Method 139 patients with distal radius fracture with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation treatment,observation of its curative effect. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~ 26 months,averaged( 13. 7 ± 3. 5 ) months,excellent and good rate was 95. 68%,the local consciousness pain relief time 3~9 d,average(6. 3 ± 1. 8)d;dorsal swelling time 4~15 d,average(5. 8 ± 1. 9)d;fracture healing time was 28 ~ 63 d,average(34. 8 ± 9. 2)d. Treatment of heel angle and ulnar inclina-tion degree than before the reset was improved obviously. Conclusion Manual reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture technique is simple,easy to learn and easy,wide application,small trauma,less pain,low cost,efficacy,the advantages of fast function recovery,less complications,worthy to be popularized.
