微格模拟公开课、教学比武大赛、有导引的发展是师范生专业成长的有效方式。师范生的专业成长之路很复杂,不能完全照搬在职教师的专业发展范式,应努力体现师范生的特点。以“面向教学的数学知识”(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching,以下简称 MKT)为基础的训练方式是一条新路。

미격모의공개과、교학비무대새、유도인적발전시사범생전업성장적유효방식。사범생적전업성장지로흔복잡,불능완전조반재직교사적전업발전범식,응노력체현사범생적특점。이“면향교학적수학지식”(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching,이하간칭 MKT)위기출적훈련방식시일조신로。
Micro-class simulating public class, teaching jousting contest, and development under guidance are effective ways for teachers’ professional development.The road to pre-service teachers’ professional development is very complex, which can’t completely copy the paradigm of in-service teachers’professional development and should reflect the characteristics of normal students.MKT (Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching)-based training is a new road.
