Pinus massoniana%provenance%soils developed from different rocks%seedling cultivation in open field
采用双因素随机区组设计方法在玄武岩、石英砂岩、长石石英砂岩和变余砂岩4种不同岩性发育土体上进行都匀、桐棉、崇义、韶关、古蓬、上杭、基地6个不同地理种源马尾松(Pinus massoniana)大田播种育苗试验。结果表明:马尾松不同地理种源间存在极显著的差异(Sig.<0.01);出苗最好的是上杭和都匀种源,幼苗生长最好的是古蓬和桐棉种源;不同岩性发育的土壤对马尾松大田育苗的影响达到极显著水平,出苗率以玄武岩和变余砂岩上较好,长石石英砂岩和石英砂岩上较差,幼苗苗高和地径生长状况均以长石石英砂岩最好,变余砂岩上最差,半年生幼苗平均苗高变幅为19.62~28.91 cm,平均地径变幅为3.26~4.20 mm;都匀和崇义种源用变余砂岩做育苗土壤,广西桐棉或古蓬种源用长石石英砂岩作育苗土壤是提高马尾松幼苗苗木质量的较佳大田苗培育组合。
採用雙因素隨機區組設計方法在玄武巖、石英砂巖、長石石英砂巖和變餘砂巖4種不同巖性髮育土體上進行都勻、桐棉、崇義、韶關、古蓬、上杭、基地6箇不同地理種源馬尾鬆(Pinus massoniana)大田播種育苗試驗。結果錶明:馬尾鬆不同地理種源間存在極顯著的差異(Sig.<0.01);齣苗最好的是上杭和都勻種源,幼苗生長最好的是古蓬和桐棉種源;不同巖性髮育的土壤對馬尾鬆大田育苗的影響達到極顯著水平,齣苗率以玄武巖和變餘砂巖上較好,長石石英砂巖和石英砂巖上較差,幼苗苗高和地徑生長狀況均以長石石英砂巖最好,變餘砂巖上最差,半年生幼苗平均苗高變幅為19.62~28.91 cm,平均地徑變幅為3.26~4.20 mm;都勻和崇義種源用變餘砂巖做育苗土壤,廣西桐棉或古蓬種源用長石石英砂巖作育苗土壤是提高馬尾鬆幼苗苗木質量的較佳大田苗培育組閤。

Six geographical provenances of Pinus massoniana were seeded in 2013 in the soils developed from four different rocks in open field, Guizhou province. The experiment was designed by randomized block with two factors. The results showed that there were significant differences of seed germination and seedling growth among provenances (P < 0.01). Different soil had great effect on seedling cultivation in open field. Germination rate was better in the soil developed from basalt and blastopsammite, seedling height and ground diameter growth got better in feldspathic quartz sandstone. The average height of seedling(6 months) ranged from 19.62cm to 28.91cm, and the average ground diameter from 3.26mm to 4.20mm.
