教师专业发展的核心是教师学习导致的教师改变，然而教师专业发展不仅仅是个体学习的结果，更需要专业共同体内部的互动和评价，这样，教师才能不断反思并在实践中持续提升自己的专业水平。传统的针对教师的短期面授，并不能促使教师持续进行专业发展，因此借助于信息技术，是解决这一问题的关键所在。本文从教师专业发展目前存在的问题出发，介绍了云服务系统的基本理念和特征，提出了建构适合于教师专业发展的混合云系统，并展望了教师在云服务系统中的专业发展途径。

The core of teachers’professional development is teachers’change resulted by teachers’learning, which is not only individual learning but also the interaction and evaluation within a professional community, whereby teachers could continuously reflect on and improve their professional performance in practice.Information technology may be helpful since the traditional short-time training is hardly effective for enhancing teachers’development.Based on the present problem aforementioned, this thesis will introduce the fundamental theory and characteristics of cloud system, propose mixed cloud educational system, and predict the approaches to improve teachers’learning.
