本文在对教育科研素质内涵分析的基础上，分析了关于小学教师教育科研素质职前培养的一些错误认识，并提出了以构建《小学教育科学研究方法》课程为核心，以小学教育专业学生教学实习与毕业论文撰写为主要落脚点的小学教师教育科研素质的职前培养模式。
本文在對教育科研素質內涵分析的基礎上，分析瞭關于小學教師教育科研素質職前培養的一些錯誤認識，併提齣瞭以構建《小學教育科學研究方法》課程為覈心，以小學教育專業學生教學實習與畢業論文撰寫為主要落腳點的小學教師教育科研素質的職前培養模式。
본문재대교육과연소질내함분석적기출상，분석료관우소학교사교육과연소질직전배양적일사착오인식，병제출료이구건《소학교육과학연구방법》과정위핵심，이소학교육전업학생교학실습여필업논문찬사위주요락각점적소학교사교육과연소질적직전배양모식。
Based on the analysis of the connotations of educational research, this thesis criticizes some misconceptions about pre-employment training for primary school teachers’research quality.Then, it puts forward a practice model which takes the course—Elementary Educational Research Methods as the core in order to improve the effectiveness of pre-employment training for primary school teachers’research quality.
