为了顺应我国社会经济与高等医学教育的发展趋势，培养具有扎实的中医基本理论、基本知识和较强的中医传承能力、中医思维能力、实践能力和创新能力的新型中医人才，南方医科大学中医药学院综合改革人才培养模式，开展以中医特色教育为背景、以“本科生导师制”为载体的“名老中医传承班”中医人才培养模式，在教学理念、管理机制等方面进行了创新，积极探索建立有利于多样化创新中医人才成长的培养体系，以培养适应我国医药卫生事业、中医药事业发展的高水平中医学人才。

In order to adapt to the development trend of the social economy and higher medical educa‐tion ,to cultivate the new talents of TCM who master the basic theory of TCM ,with solid basic knowledge and strong ability of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine ,Chinese medicine thinking ability ,practice ability and innovation ability ,School of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,Southern Med‐ical University comprehensive reformed talents training mode ,aiming at characteristics education of TCM as the background ,TCM talents training mode of “famous and veteran TCM doctors’ inherit‐ance class” ,w hich based on “tutorial system” ,innovation included the teaching idea , management mechanism innovation ,and so on .,actively explored and established the development system of di‐versified and innovated talents of TCM ,aim to cultivate a high level of TCM talents who will be suit‐able to the development of Chinese medicine health care and TCM .
