研究型军医大学应培养研究型的医学人才，但传统的教学方法已不能满足人才培养需要，因此需提高从事临床教学人员自身的科研能力，包括对其灌输创新理念，培养其严谨的科研作风，并要求教员把握学科前沿，逐渐形成自身特色，从而形成以研促教的过程，培养出具有良好科研素质的医学人才。
연구형군의대학응배양연구형적의학인재，단전통적교학방법이불능만족인재배양수요，인차수제고종사림상교학인원자신적과연능력，포괄대기관수창신이념，배양기엄근적과연작풍，병요구교원파악학과전연，축점형성자신특색，종이형성이연촉교적과정，배양출구유량호과연소질적의학인재。
The objective of research‐oriented military medical university is to train high‐quality medical talents with good clinical practice skills and research ability .However ,the traditional teaching meth‐ods cannot meet the need of talent cultivation .Every teacher should improve their scientific research ability .The innovation concept ,rigorous scientific style is necessary for teachers ,and the formation process of promoting teaching with research in clinical teaching .
