目的:调查分析作者所在医院2013年新入院的临床专业住院医师(医学毕业生)及临床实习医学生批判性思维能力的现状,为下一步的教学计划提供参考依据。方法选取在该医院实习的昆明医科大学预防医学专业学生2010级(即将实习)101人和2011级(实习结束)60人、红河卫生职业学院护理专业学生(实习结束)82人、2013年新入该医院的临床专业住院医师(医学毕业生)27人作为调查对象进行问卷发放填写。结果本次调查对象的CTDI‐CV平均总分为(249.91±34.01)分,其中有70.84%被试者的批判性思维倾向处于矛盾范围,18.18%被试者的批判性思维倾向是正性批判性思维,10.98%被试者的批判性思维倾向是负性批判性思维。7个维度中只有认知成熟度平均得分达到40分以上,批判思维自信心、分析能力、求知欲三方面能力欠佳。护理实习生开放性思想能力平均得分高于预防(P<0.05),住院医师批判思维自信心得分≥40分的人数所占比例高于预防和护理(P<0.05),其余各组间均不存在统计学差异。结论本次调查对象除认知成熟度、开放思想维度能力尚可,寻找真理能力、系统化能力、求知欲、批判思维自信心及分析维度能力等方面的能力有待提高。

Objective Investigation and analysis of our hospital in 2013 of the new hospital clinical pro‐fessional resident (medical graduates ) , and the present situation of the medical students’ critical thinking ability of clinical practice ,provide a reference basis for the next step of teaching plan .Meth‐ods preventive medicine in our hospital internship in Kunming Medical University students of 2010 grade 101 and grade 2011 (to practice) (internship) end of 60 people ,red river health vocational col‐lege nursing students (internship) end of 82 ,2013 new clinical professional of our resident (medical graduates) 27 people as the object of investigation issue fill out the questionnaire .Results The survey object CTDI‐CV average score was 249 .91 ± 34 .01 points ,of which 70 .84% subjects tendency of critical thinking in the scope of contradictions ,18 .18% of the subjects critical thinking tendency is positive critical thinking ,10 .98% subjects tendency of critical thinking is negative critical thinking . Seven dimensions only cognitive maturity scored an average of more than 40 points ,critical thinking poor self‐confidence ability ,analytical ability ,and intellectual curiosity three aspects .Nursing interns openness thinking ability is higher than the average score prevention (P< 0 .05) ,resident critical thinking a confidence score 40 points or more proportion is higher than the number of prevention and care ,there is no statistical difference between groups .Conclusion The investigation object in addition to the cognitive maturity and open thought ,the ability to find truth ,the system analysis ability ,intel‐lectual curiosity ,critical thinking ability and self‐confidence ability ,etc .needs to be improved .
