目的：探讨临床护理路径在终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘围手术期的应用效果。方法：将150例终末期肾病患者分为对照组和试验组，每组患者75例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组实施临床护理路径进行护理，比较两组患者动静脉内瘘成形术的成功率、通畅率、并发症和满意度。结果：试验组患者动静脉内瘘的成功率、通畅率和患者满意度高于对照组，并发症发生率比例低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：临床护理路径在终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘成形术围手术期的应用上具有一定效果，它能够提高动静脉内瘘成功率、通畅率和患者满意度，降低患者并发症发生率。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재종말기신병환자동정맥내루위수술기적응용효과。방법：장150례종말기신병환자분위대조조화시험조，매조환자75례。대조조실시상규호리，시험조실시림상호리로경진행호리，비교량조환자동정맥내루성형술적성공솔、통창솔、병발증화만의도。결과：시험조환자동정맥내루적성공솔、통창솔화환자만의도고우대조조，병발증발생솔비례저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：림상호리로경재종말기신병환자동정맥내루성형술위수술기적응용상구유일정효과，타능구제고동정맥내루성공솔、통창솔화환자만의도，강저환자병발증발생솔。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in end - stage renal patients with arteriovenous fistula plasty perioperative. Method 150 cases with end - stage renal disease were divided into experimental group and control group,75 cases for each group,conventional care were applicated in control group and clinical nursing pathway were applicated in experimental group. Compared the Success rate,patency rate,complications conditions and satisfaction rate of end - stage renal patients with arteriovenous fistula plasty perio-perative between the two groups. Results The comparison of Success rate,patency rate,complications conditions and satisfaction rate of end -stage renal patients with arteriovenous fistula plasty were different. In the experimental group Success rate,patency rate,satisfaction rate were higher compared with the control group,the complications conditions were lower than control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cantly(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with end - stage renal disease patient on arteriovenous fistula plasty Perioperative has a certain effect,it can improve the success rate,patency rates and patient satisfaction rate of arteriovenous fistu-la perioperative,reduce the incidence of complications.
