Enterprise valuation has been widely used in many fields ,and it is one of the important tools for investors and managers to make decisions .It is a common concern for investors that whether the large‐scale enterprise's share price reflects the true market value .Aiming at Gree Electric Appliances in appliance industry ,the value assessment was conducted ,and the corresponding investment advice was put forward .
