在市场经济环境下，部分高职院校招生逐步困难，追踪溯源是高职课程教学没有遵循市场经济规律，导致课程教学与社会人才需求形成差距。所以高职教师应不断地更新教育理念，只有“适时性”地培养人才，才能确保人才培养的适销对路、与时俱进，努力提高他们的就业竞争力，才能以出口的“顺畅”带动进口的“兴旺”，进而实现高职院校持续、稳定、健康发展的长久之计。

Under the circumstances of marketing economy, the enrollment of vocational colleges gradually goes into dilemma. The sources and origin of such phenomenon lies in the factors that vocational curricula teaching doesn’ t obey market economy’ s regularity that led to curricula teach-ing and talents requirement formed a gap. Hence, vocational college should constantly renew edu-cational concept. Only by timely cultivating talents could ensure talents’ nourishment marketable with times and improving employment competition could bring prosperity of importation by outlets’ smoothness to realize the project of sustainable development and steady, sound development.
