针对传统临床实践教学中存在的典型教学病例少、床边教学病人不配合、教学实践性差等问题,在胸心外科临床教学中,试行了学生标准化病人教学模式。将我院2012级临床医学专业五年制本科见习医学员分为实验组和对照组,采用成绩考核和学生及标准化病人调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果显示,实验组学员临床知识掌握程度,临床思维能力训练方面明显优于对照组;同时也提高了学生标准化病人的学习热情临床知识技能掌握程度。因此,学生标准化病人教学模式是一项非常有潜力的临床实践教学方法,值得进一步完善和推广。

In view of many problems during clinical clerkship teaching such as limited patient cases ,un‐cooperative bedside patients for teaching ,and poor quality of case teaching integration ,we introduced students as standardized patient ,a new clinical teaching pattern during thoracic cardiovascular surgical teaching .We divided the class 2012 undergraduates for internship into experimental group and control group .The teaching effectiveness was evaluated with the examination and questionnaire .The results showed that students in experimental group were obviously superior to those in control group in medi‐cal knowledge ,analysis of disease diagnosis and treatment as well as students as standardized pa‐tients .Therefore ,students as standardized patient teaching approach is one with great potential and thus deserves to be further explored and improved .
