目的：探讨美国国家综合癌症网肿瘤临床实践指南（National Comprehensive Cancer Network ， NCCN ）在指导研究生鼻咽癌临床教学中的作用及意义。方法对2012－2014年在作者所在头颈病区实习的40名临床研究生采用基于鼻咽癌NCCN指南的教学方式进行学习，通过比较实习前后临床研究生对鼻咽癌基本知识的掌握程度，在实习后用问卷调查来评价这些研究生对鼻咽癌临床规范化多学科诊疗知识掌握的满意程度，以此评价教学效果。结果临床研究生在实习前后对鼻咽癌的基本知识测试成绩提高了20％；接受实习的临床研究生认为基于NCCN指南的培训能够提高他们对鼻咽癌多学科规范化诊疗的临床技能。结论 NCCN指南的培训能够改进临床研究生对鼻咽癌的知识掌握程度及临床多学科规范化多学科诊治技能。

Objective It is to discuss the effect and significance of National Comprehensive Cancer Net‐work (NCCN ) in clinical teaching of nasopharyngeal carcinoma for postgraduates . Methods NCCN had been used to help 40 interns learn about nasopharyngeal carcinoma in head and neck department during 2012‐2014 .Then ,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through comparing the basic knowledge mastering about nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after their clinical practice ,and satisfaction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma multidisciplinary standardized diagnosis and treatment was also tested by questionnaire .Results After the internship ,the test score of nasopharyngeal carcinoma knowledge was improved 20% by comparing the score before the internship .The interns all agree that NCCN can help broaden their knowledge about nasopharyngeal carcinoma multidisciplinary standardized diagnosis and treatment .Conclusion NCCN can help enrich the knowledge about nasopharyngeal carcinoma and improve multidisciplinary skills of clinic .
