利用ISSR技术对37份药用石斛属种质资源进行亲缘关系分析，从备选72条引物中筛选出15条引物，共扩增出89条谱带，有89条多态带，多态性条带比例为100％。采用NTSYS‐PC2.0软件分析结果，37份石斛种质资源遗传相似系数在0.50～0.85。聚类结果显示，以相似系数为0.55，可将37份石斛种质明显划分为7个类群，表明药用石斛植物遗传多样性丰富， ISSR技术可应用于药用石斛的亲缘关系研究。
이용ISSR기술대37빈약용석곡속충질자원진행친연관계분석，종비선72조인물중사선출15조인물，공확증출89조보대，유89조다태대，다태성조대비례위100％。채용NTSYS‐PC2.0연건분석결과，37빈석곡충질자원유전상사계수재0.50～0.85。취류결과현시，이상사계수위0.55，가장37빈석곡충질명현화분위7개류군，표명약용석곡식물유전다양성봉부， ISSR기술가응용우약용석곡적친연관계연구。
Genetic relationship of 37 Dendrobium was studied by ISSR technique. Fifteen primers with clear and polymorphic bands were screened out from 72 ISSR random primers. Eighty‐nine locus were detected with polymorphic percentage in 100% . As analyzed by NTSYS‐PC2.0 , the genetic similarity of 37 Dendrobium were ranged from 0.50 -0.85 and grouped into 7 sub‐cluster when the similarity coefficient was 0.55. The results indicated that plants of medicinal Dendrobium were rich in genetic diversity and their genetic relationship could be studied by ISSR technique.
