从福州福清、长乐、连江、闽清4地设施栽培的番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜等蔬菜作物上采集灰霉病菌147株,采用菌丝生长速率法,分别检测灰霉病菌对腐霉利和嘧霉胺2种杀菌剂的抗药性。结果表明:福州地区灰霉病菌对腐霉利嘧霉胺都产生较高的抗性。腐霉利对灰霉病菌的 EC50范围为0.0634~10.0579μg · mL-1,抗性频率平均值为76%,嘧霉胺对灰霉病菌的EC50范围为0.1052~102.3465μg · mL-1,抗性频率平均值为73%, 2种杀菌剂抗性频率最高都达100%,其中对腐霉利高抗菌株70个,高抗频率达48%;对嘧霉胺高抗菌株79个,高抗频率达54%。从地域上看,福清、长乐、连江、闽清4地灰霉病菌对腐霉利和嘧霉胺抗性频率平均值分别为74%、73%、82%、73%和84%、82%、74%、51%,闽清县对2种药剂抗药性稍低,其他3个县市差异不大。从寄主作物看,番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜上灰霉病菌对腐霉利和嘧霉胺抗性频率平均值分别为77%、73%、73%、78%和74%、73%、67%、76%, 4种寄主上灰霉病菌对腐霉利和嘧霉胺抗性频率差异不大。不同寄主间的发病程度与抗药性大小无显著相关。

종복주복청、장악、련강、민청4지설시재배적번가、가자、랄초、황과등소채작물상채집회매병균147주,채용균사생장속솔법,분별검측회매병균대부매리화밀매알2충살균제적항약성。결과표명:복주지구회매병균대부매리밀매알도산생교고적항성。부매리대회매병균적 EC50범위위0.0634~10.0579μg · mL-1,항성빈솔평균치위76%,밀매알대회매병균적EC50범위위0.1052~102.3465μg · mL-1,항성빈솔평균치위73%, 2충살균제항성빈솔최고도체100%,기중대부매리고항균주70개,고항빈솔체48%;대밀매알고항균주79개,고항빈솔체54%。종지역상간,복청、장악、련강、민청4지회매병균대부매리화밀매알항성빈솔평균치분별위74%、73%、82%、73%화84%、82%、74%、51%,민청현대2충약제항약성초저,기타3개현시차이불대。종기주작물간,번가、가자、랄초、황과상회매병균대부매리화밀매알항성빈솔평균치분별위77%、73%、73%、78%화74%、73%、67%、76%, 4충기주상회매병균대부매리화밀매알항성빈솔차이불대。불동기주간적발병정도여항약성대소무현저상관。
147 Botrytis cinerea strains were isolated from tomato , eggplant , hot pepper and cucumber in the greenhouse of Fuqing ,Changle ,Lianjiang and Minqing. Resistance detection of Botrytis cinerea in Fuzhou to Procymidone and Pyrimethanil was characterized by measuring diameters of mycelial grow th. Our results showed that the resistance of Botrytis cinerea in Fuzhou to Procymidone and Pyrimethanil are high ,with EC50 values from 0.063 4-10.057 9 μg · mL -1 and 0.105 2 -102.346 5 μg · mL -1 ,and resistance frequency are 76% and 73% , separately. The highest resistant frequency for the two fungicides was both 100%. The percentage of high‐resistant isolates to Procymidone and pyrimethanil were 48% and 54% . In geographical , the resistanct frequency to Procymidone and Pyrimethanil in Fuqing ,Changle ,Lianjiang and Minqing were 74% ,73% ,82% ,73% and 84% , 82% ,74% ,51% respectively ,suggesting that the resistant frequency of Mingqing is lower than the other three places. In host plants , the resistance frequency of isolates collected from tomato , eggplant , hot pepper and cucumber to Procymidone and Pyrimethanil were 77% , 73% , 73% , 78% and 74% , 73% , 67% , 76%respectively ,suggesting that there have no resistant differences in host plants.
