教师教学发展中心的建设对高校教师专业化发展，教学水平的提高至关重要，但由于有些教师教学发展中心缺乏监管机制，无法检验教师参与程度，了解教师教学发展阶段，对教师吸引力不高，达不到教师教学发展中心建设的目的。为解决上述问题，从高校培养需求的角度出发，设计开发基于网络的教师教学发展中心信息化平台，主要目的是利用信息化手段，建立动态的高校教师培训管理信息系统，使教师教学管理更直观、高效、有序。改善教师教学发展，加强教师教学能力的培养，提高自动化管理水平，为教师提高专业水平和能力提供了良好的环境。

The construction of faculty development center is crucial to the development of professionalization and improvement of teaching level .However ,some faculty development centers are lack of supervision mechanism ,the degree of teacher's participation can not be verified .The stage of teaching development can not be know n ,not attractive to teachers ,and the purposes of the construction of faculty development center can not be achieved I.n order to solve the problems and meet the requirement of colleges and universities , the information platform for faculty development center was developed based on network .The main pur‐pose is to utilize means of information to construct dynamic information system used for cultivation and management of teachers .Therefore ,the teaching management could be more intuitive ,high‐efficient and well‐organized .Teaching development was improved ,teaching ability of teachers was strengthened ,and au‐tomated management level was improved ,good environment was provided to improve teachers'profession‐al lev el .
