目的：探讨复方牛胎肝提取物片（CEBLET）对乙型肝炎肝硬化出血及 MELD 分值的影响。方法：收集141例乙型肝炎硬化失代偿期并食管胃底静脉曲张的住院患者，按区组随机化方法分成分为治疗组（n ﹦69）和对照组（n ﹦72），对照组予盐酸普萘洛尔片（10 mg 口服3次/ d）及拉米夫定片（100 mg po qd）治疗，治疗组予加用复方牛胎肝提取物片（80 mg 口服3次/ d），所有病例于入院时测定相关指标并计算 MELD 值，同时分别随访6个月的出血情况及 MELD 分值。结果：治疗组的 INR、血清肌酐、总胆红素以及得出的 MELD 值显著低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。在随访6个月末，治疗组发生出血的比例明显低于对照组（P ﹤0.05），为4.35％ vs 16.67％。结论：复方牛胎肝提取物改善肝硬化出血及 MELD 分值。
목적：탐토복방우태간제취물편（CEBLET）대을형간염간경화출혈급 MELD 분치적영향。방법：수집141례을형간염경화실대상기병식관위저정맥곡장적주원환자，안구조수궤화방법분성분위치료조（n ﹦69）화대조조（n ﹦72），대조조여염산보내락이편（10 mg 구복3차/ d）급랍미부정편（100 mg po qd）치료，치료조여가용복방우태간제취물편（80 mg 구복3차/ d），소유병례우입원시측정상관지표병계산 MELD 치，동시분별수방6개월적출혈정황급 MELD 분치。결과：치료조적 INR、혈청기항、총담홍소이급득출적 MELD 치현저저우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。재수방6개월말，치료조발생출혈적비례명현저우대조조（P ﹤0.05），위4.35％ vs 16.67％。결론：복방우태간제취물개선간경화출혈급 MELD 분치。
Objective To investigate the Effect of compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets(CEBLET)on cirrhosis bleeding from esophageal varices and MELD scoring. Method 141 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into controlled group, receiving Propranolol 10 mg/ 8 h combined with Lamivudine 100 mg/ d(72 patients)and treatment group,combined more with CEBLET(69 patients),MELD scoring and bleeding from esophageal varices were compared and analyzed in different groups at the beginning and the end of 6 months followed - up. Results The levels of international normalized ratio(INR),serum creatinine and total bilirubin and the MELD score were lower in treatment group than in controlled group(P ﹤0. 05),In month 6,the incidence of esophageal varices bleeding in treatment group was lower than in controlled group(4. 35% vs 16. 67% )(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The addition of CEBLET to the basic treatment could de-crease the incidence of esophageal varices bleeding and improve the MELD score.
