随着国民经济的快速发展，人们越来越注重生活质量，更加关注生态环境。在水利工程行业中，工程建设逐渐从传统水利向资源水利转变，水利工程设计更加注重对生态景观、文化元素的运用，充分发挥地区经济作用。文章主要结合具体工程案例对水利工程建设中存在的环境问题进行分析，并探究生态景观以及文化元素在水利工程设计中的融入，为以后的水利工程设计提供参考。

With the rapid national economic development,people pay more and more attention to life quality and ecological environment.In water conservancy engineering industry,engineering construction is gradually changing from traditional water conservancy to resource water conservancy.Hydraulic engineering designs pay more attention to the application of ecological landscape,cultural elements,and make fully use of the regional economy.This paper mainly focuses on the environmental problems analysis combined with specific engineering case of water conservancy projects,explores integrating into the ecological landscape and cultural elements in water conservancy project design so as to provide the reference for future engineering design.
