目的：评价动机性访谈在促进慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）患者呼吸锻炼的效果。方法将101例COPD患者按住院号随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组采取跨理论模型架构的评估方法，根据其行为阶段运用动机性访谈进行呼吸锻炼干预，包括意识唤起、自我评价、强化管理等。对照组采用常规护理。结果干预6个月后，患者呼吸锻炼行为改变阶段及肺功能监测指标比较，干预组与对照组差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论动机性访谈通过激发患者的内在改变动机，可增强患者呼吸锻炼意愿，提高患者呼吸锻炼依从性，有效改善肺功能。
목적：평개동궤성방담재촉진만성조새성폐질병（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）환자호흡단련적효과。방법장101례COPD환자안주원호수궤분위간예조화대조조，간예조채취과이론모형가구적평고방법，근거기행위계단운용동궤성방담진행호흡단련간예，포괄의식환기、자아평개、강화관리등。대조조채용상규호리。결과간예6개월후，환자호흡단련행위개변계단급폐공능감측지표비교，간예조여대조조차이균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론동궤성방담통과격발환자적내재개변동궤，가증강환자호흡단련의원，제고환자호흡단련의종성，유효개선폐공능。
Objective To evaluate the effect of motivational interview (MI) on breathing exercises in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Totally 101 patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The experiment group received motivational interview based on the assessment of breathing exercises with trans-theoretical model of change (TTM), while control group received routine care. ResuIts There were significant differences in change stages of patient ’s breathing exercises and pulmonary function between two groups six months after intervention (P<0.05). ConcIusion MI works by stimulating patient’s intrinsic motivation to make a change, promoting the willingness of breathing exercises, and can improve pulmonary function.
