目的：探讨舒血宁注射液对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清 ECP 和 IL -5的影响。方法：将80例重度支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为常规治疗组和联用舒血宁治疗组，观察两组患者治疗前后血清 ECP 和 IL -5水平的变化，并比较两组的临床疗效。结果：常规治疗组与舒血宁组患者治疗前血清 ECP 和 IL -5水平均显著高于对照组，而治疗后，联用舒血宁治疗组患者血清 ECP 和 IL -5的水平均明显低于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05或 P ﹤0.01）。且联用舒血宁治疗组临床总有效率明显高于常规治疗组（P ﹤0.05）。结论：在常规疗法的基础上联用舒血宁注射液可以降低重度支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清 ECP 和 IL -5水平，从而减轻患者的临床症状，临床疗效良好。
목적：탐토서혈저주사액대지기관효천급성발작기환자혈청 ECP 화 IL -5적영향。방법：장80례중도지기관효천급성발작기환자수궤분위상규치료조화련용서혈저치료조，관찰량조환자치료전후혈청 ECP 화 IL -5수평적변화，병비교량조적림상료효。결과：상규치료조여서혈저조환자치료전혈청 ECP 화 IL -5수평균현저고우대조조，이치료후，련용서혈저치료조환자혈청 ECP 화 IL -5적수평균명현저우상규치료조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05혹 P ﹤0.01）。차련용서혈저치료조림상총유효솔명현고우상규치료조（P ﹤0.05）。결론：재상규요법적기출상련용서혈저주사액가이강저중도지기관효천급성발작기환자혈청 ECP 화 IL -5수평，종이감경환자적림상증상，림상료효량호。
Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection on serum ECP and IL - 5 in patients with bronchial asthma in acute attack stage. Method 80 cases of acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Shuxuening group. In the Shuxuening group,Shuxuening injection was added for treatment. The change of serum ECP and IL - 5 levels and the effects of treatment were observed. Results Serum ECP and IL - 5 level in the conventional treatment group and Shuxuening group were significantly higher than that of control group before treatment. After treatment,Serum ECP and IL - 5 levels in Shuxuening group were significantly lower than that of conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01). The total effective rate of Shuxuening group was obviously higher than that of conventional treatment group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treat-ment,combined with Shuxuening injection can reduce serum ECP and IL - 5 levels and improve the effects of treatment in patients with se-vere bronchial asthma in acute attack stage.
