为解决高产水稻脱粒中脱净率、破损率和清洁度间的矛盾,设计4LZ-4.0D型双滚筒联合收割机。介绍机脱粒清选部件的结构特点及设计性能指标,前滚筒采用脱粒间隙可调的切流滚筒,后滚筒采用横向轴流脱粒分离滚筒,改进后的振动筛结构,可兼收多种谷物,实现广谱收获。

For solving the contradiction between threshing rate, broken rate and cleanness in high yield rice threshing, the design of type 4LZ-4.0D double drum of combine harvester is coming out. The article introduces the structure features and design performance index of threshing parts, front drum design is tangential flow with adjustable gap for threshing, back drum is separating drum of transverse axial flow threshing, the improved shaker structure is suitable for various grains.
