目的:探索构建适用国际要求的护理本科人才培养目标体系,为人才培养及课程设置提供参考依据。方法在文献回顾、小组讨论的基础上初步拟定指标体系,采用德尔菲法对18名护理专家进行2轮咨询论证。结果2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为78%、94%,专家权威系数分别为0.891~0.893,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.31、0.33。构建的培养目标指标体系包括3项1级指标(职业价值和态度,专业基本能力,专业核心能力),13项2级指标以及73项3级指标。总目标从职业价值与态度、专业基本能力以及专业核心能力3个方面强调护生跨文化护理能力培养、人文素质与创新能力培养以及多元角色适用能力的培养。结论本研究构建的国际适用型本科护理人才培养目标体系具有一定的科学性与国际适用性,能为国际化护理人才培养提供参考依据。

Objective To construct a training system for international-oriented nursing talents and to provide reference for international nursing education. Methods The preliminary index of training system had been established after literature review and group discussion. With Delphi method, 18 nursing education specialists were investigated for two times. ResuIts In the two rounds of expert consultations, experts ’ positive coefficients were 78% and 94%, respectively. The authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.891 and 0.893 respectively and Kendall’s W coefficients 0.31 and 0.33 respectively. The training system included three first-level dimensions (Professional value and attitude, professional basic skills, professional core competencies), 13 second-level indicators and 73 third-level items. The general goals emphasized the abilities of cross-cultural nursing, the humanistic quality and innovation ability as well as applicable ability of multiple roles from professional value and attitude, professional basic skills, professional core competencies. ConcIusion The training system for international-oriented nursing talents proves to be scientific and applicable and it offers reference for international nursing education.
