目的：探讨老年血液透析（血透）患者心血管疾病（Cardiovascular drsease，CD）发病率有关因素。方法：统计49例老年（年龄≥60岁）血透患者 CD 发病率，测定伴有 CD（+ CD）和不伴有 CD（- CD）两组患者血白蛋白（ALB）、血β2-微球蛋白（血β2- MG）、透析前后血钙（Ca2+）、血磷（P3-）以及透析前血压（Bp），并比较年龄和透析时间与 CD 的关系。结果：两组之间血白蛋白、血β2- MG、钙磷及舒张压有差异，年龄及透析时间与 CD 发病率关系不大。结论：老年血透患者 CD 发病率与舒张压、β2- MG 升高、血白蛋白降低、钙磷代谢紊乱有关，老年血透患者年龄增长和血透时间的延长不增加 CD 的发病率。
목적：탐토노년혈액투석（혈투）환자심혈관질병（Cardiovascular drsease，CD）발병솔유관인소。방법：통계49례노년（년령≥60세）혈투환자 CD 발병솔，측정반유 CD（+ CD）화불반유 CD（- CD）량조환자혈백단백（ALB）、혈β2-미구단백（혈β2- MG）、투석전후혈개（Ca2+）、혈린（P3-）이급투석전혈압（Bp），병비교년령화투석시간여 CD 적관계。결과：량조지간혈백단백、혈β2- MG、개린급서장압유차이，년령급투석시간여 CD 발병솔관계불대。결론：노년혈투환자 CD 발병솔여서장압、β2- MG 승고、혈백단백강저、개린대사문란유관，노년혈투환자년령증장화혈투시간적연장불증가 CD 적발병솔。
Objective To investigate the factors which affected the morbidity of cardiovascular disease(CD)in the aged with hemodialy-sis. Method CD morbidity was counted in 39 cases of old hemodialysis patients. The serum albumen(ALB)Serum β2 - microglobulin(β2 -MG),serum Calcium(Ca2 + ),phosphorus(P3 - )before and after hemodialysis and blood pressure before hemodialysis were tested. The rela-tionship between age,hemodialysis time and CD was analysed. Results There were differences in ALB,β2 - MG,Ca,P and diastolic pres-sure. Age and hemodialysis time had no relationship to CD morbidty between two groups. Conclusion The morbidity of CD in old patients with hemodialysis is related to the increase of diastolic pressure and β2 - MG,lower of ALB,unbalanced Ca,P metalolism. Age and prolonged hemodialysis time don't increase CD morbidity.
