学校具有维持与发展社会不同阶层教育,传递和发展不同社会阶层文化,维系不同阶层的人际关系与社会关系,推进社会政治经济技术进步等诸多功能。社会目前的教育布局调整则导致了农村学校的文化辐射功能萎缩、个体发展功能偏失、服务属地社会人力资本功能削弱、学校链接的人际关系疏离等。因此,实现学校功能与教育布局调整的双向调适,重视和保留部分小规模的农村学校,是保证学校功能正常发挥必由之路。
學校具有維持與髮展社會不同階層教育,傳遞和髮展不同社會階層文化,維繫不同階層的人際關繫與社會關繫,推進社會政治經濟技術進步等諸多功能。社會目前的教育佈跼調整則導緻瞭農村學校的文化輻射功能萎縮、箇體髮展功能偏失、服務屬地社會人力資本功能削弱、學校鏈接的人際關繫疏離等。因此,實現學校功能與教育佈跼調整的雙嚮調適,重視和保留部分小規模的農村學校,是保證學校功能正常髮揮必由之路。
학교구유유지여발전사회불동계층교육,전체화발전불동사회계층문화,유계불동계층적인제관계여사회관계,추진사회정치경제기술진보등제다공능。사회목전적교육포국조정칙도치료농촌학교적문화복사공능위축、개체발전공능편실、복무속지사회인력자본공능삭약、학교련접적인제관계소리등。인차,실현학교공능여교육포국조정적쌍향조괄,중시화보류부분소규모적농촌학교,시보증학교공능정상발휘필유지로。
The functions of schools are as follows: to maintain and improve the education for different social stratums, to transfer and develop the culture of different social aspects, to keep up different personal and social re-lationships, and to advance the social politics and the economy and technology concerning with individual, organi-zation, community, and the whole society.The current school layout adjustment, however, causes problems inclu-ding the shrinking of cultural function of schools in the countryside, the disappearing of developmental function of individuals, the weakening of serving the local social human capital, and the isolating of the interpersonal relation-ships linked with schools.Therefore more attention should be paid to these problems.The adjustment of the school function and the school layout should be adapted to each other.Small-scaled country schools should not only be re-served but also be well constructed so that they can release the whole function normally.
