目的 评估氧诱导视网膜病变(oxygen induced retinopathy,OIR)中成纤维母细胞生长因子2 (fibroblast growth factor-2 FGF2)的时空变化并探讨其作用机制.方法 实验研究.对2012年1月至2013年8月在成都中医药大学附属医院眼科,随机化将C57BL/6J幼鼠分实验组和对照组,实验组制作OIR模型,P17取各组视网膜行HE染色及异硫氰酸荧光素(fluorescein isothiacyanate-dextran,FITC-dextran)眶后注射视网膜铺片确定OIR模型建立;P13、P15、P17取视网膜,WEST BLOT检测FGF2时空表达变化.结果 OIR模型建立成功,P13、P15、P17实验组FGF2表达呈现上升趋势,明显高于对照组.结论 OIR可能通过增加FGF2表达抑制氧诱导视网膜病变.

Objective To evaluate the spatial and temporal variations of fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) in oxygen induced retinopathy,and to explore its action mechanism.Methods C57BL /6J pups were used and assigned to experimental group and control group,experimental group was OIR model.For P17,use the pave piece of retina with HE staining and retrobulbar injection of fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran injection to create the OIR model; P13,P15,P17 to check the retinal FGF2 expression of time and space change by WEST BLOT.Results OIR model was constructed successful,FGF2 expression showed a rising trend in the P13,P15,P17 experimental group,significantly higher than the control group.Conclusions OIR may inhibit of the oxygen induced retinopathy by increasing FGF2 expression.
