我国早期施工工程缺乏必要的工程后评价，这不利于工程的总结和对工程信息的掌握。随着我国大量工程建设的筹备和施工，工程后评价显得十分必要。本文论述了隧道工程项目后评价的方法，采用统计分析法、成功度分析法对长梁山隧道的施工方案进行经济后评价，提出了相关途径来提高隧道建设效率；总结了施工方案的优缺点，提出了改进措施和决策方法，促进企业成长；得出了应根据工程技术经济影响因子的影响程度所确定的权重值来评价工程项目成功度的结论。

The construction work in the early period in China used to be lack of project post evaluation, this is not condu?cive to the summary of the engineering and the master of engineering information. Along with the planning and construc?tion of many engineering constructions in our country, project post evaluation becomes more and more important. The pa?per discusses the post evaluation methods of tunnel engineering project, using statistical analysis method and success de?gree analysis method it develops economic post evaluation for the construction scheme of the Long Liangshan Tunnel, and puts forward corresponding approaches to improve the efficiency of tunnel construction;through summary of the advantag?es and disadvantages of the construction scheme, it presents the improvement measures and decision-making methods in order to promote the enterprise growth;eventually it approaches the conclusion that evaluation of the success degree of en? gineering project should be based on the weight value determined by the influence degree of the economic impact factors of engineering technology.
