工程量变更是施工过程中较为常见的工程变更现象，其引起的合同价款调整直接关系到承发包双方的利益。本文以FIDIC施工合同条件为研究基础，通过对工程变更及合同价款相关条款规定的分析，从工程量和综合单价两个角度，对工程量变更引起的合同价款调整方法进行了研究，并通过具体的案例分析，阐明了调整方法的具体运用，以期对工程量变更引起的合同价款调整提供依据和参考。

Change of quantities is a common phenomenon of engineering changes in construction process, the adjustment of contract price caused by which is directly related to the interests of the contracting parties. With FIDIC construction contract conditions as the foundation of research, through the analysis of the engineering change and the price terms stipu? lated in the contract, from two perspectives--quantities and the comprehensive unit price, the article has carried on the research of the methods of contract price adjustment caused by the change of quantities, and through specific case analy?sis, it has illustrated the concrete application of the adjustment methods in order to provide basis and reference for the contract price adjustment caused by the change of quantities .
