随着我国经济的发展，公路修建成为我国发展的重要基础。公路修建中造价估算的合理性，影响公路修建成本及效率。本文提出跨省公路修建中造价合理估计模型研究与仿真。通过多个管理主体、管理范畴的规划及监督体制，进行跨省公路研究判断。对公路建设进行造价分析，创建合理的估计模型，监督检测到合格标准再实施工程。仿真试验表明，跨省公路修建中造价合理估计模型研究与仿真能够有效地节省预算，加快工作效率，减少低成本低质量的公路修建，为我国交通运输的发展提供有效的保障。

Along with the development of our country's economy, highway construction has turned to be one of the impor?tant foundations of China's development. It is the irrationality in the cost estimate of highway construction that has influ?enced the cost and efficiency of highway construction. The paper puts forward the research and simulation of rational cost estimation model in trans-provincial highway construction. Through the planning and supervision system of multiple man?agement main bodies and categories, it carries on the research and judgment of trans-provincial highway. With analysis of the cost of highway construction, it creates a reasonable estimation model, and eventually the implementation of the proj?ect can be done as the results reach the eligibility criteria after the supervision and detection. Simulation tests show that the research and simulation of rational cost estimation model in trans-provincial highway construction can effectively save the budget, speed up the work efficiency and reduce the construction of low-cost and low-quality highways, thus effective? ly provides better protection for the development of transportation in China.
