将哈额铁路是新疆煤炭外运的北翼通道,是三塘湖矿区的运煤干线,连接矿区多条煤炭集运线。根据将哈额铁路通道的功能定位及建设目标,结合矿区规划、通道技术标准,全面系统分析区域内各矿区集运线线路走向、站点布设,统筹规划三塘湖矿区的集运线方案,从而使将哈额铁路通道与各矿区集运线共同形成高效合理的煤炭集运系统。
將哈額鐵路是新疆煤炭外運的北翼通道,是三塘湖礦區的運煤榦線,連接礦區多條煤炭集運線。根據將哈額鐵路通道的功能定位及建設目標,結閤礦區規劃、通道技術標準,全麵繫統分析區域內各礦區集運線線路走嚮、站點佈設,統籌規劃三塘湖礦區的集運線方案,從而使將哈額鐵路通道與各礦區集運線共同形成高效閤理的煤炭集運繫統。

Jiangha’e Railway is the north corridor and a trunk line to transport coal out of Xinjiang, connecting the coal lines at Santanghu Mine. According to the functionalities and goals of Jiangha’e Railway and on the basis of the mine planning and corridor technical standards, this paper analyses the alignment of lines and layout of stations, studies the general plan of coal lines at Santanghu Mine so as to allow the combination of the railway corridor with the coal lines in various coal mines to form a effective coal transport system.
