以疣孢霉 Mycogone perniciosa Magn .引起的草菇褐腐病为试验对象,采用化学和物理相结合方法对该病害进行综合防治措施研究。药剂筛选结果表明:药后5 d和10 d ,50%施保功W P 1500倍对草菇褐腐病的防效分别为90.70%和89.66%,均优于45%噻菌灵W P 1200倍、50%福美双W P 1000倍和50%多菌灵W P 800倍的处理。物理措施结果表明:在培养料堆制前对相应环境进行全面清扫及冲洗,并用50%施保功W P 1500倍进行喷雾消毒,防效最高达87.97%;二次发酵时,利用蒸汽对菇房和培养料进行灭菌,当灭菌时间为24 h、灭菌温度60℃时防效最高,达92.47%;采用物理和化学防治相结合的综合措施结果表明,该方法对草菇褐腐病防效达97.97%,可以有效控制草菇褐腐病。

Brown rot caused by Mycogone perniciosa Magn. is a main disease of straw mushroom. In the present study ,the effect of integrated control technologies including chemical control and physical control on the brown rot of straw mushroom was investigated. The results showed that the control efficacy after application for 5 or 10 days were attributed to 1∶1 500 dilution of 50% sporgon (90.70% ,89.66% ) >1∶1 200 dilution of 45% thiabendazole>1∶ 1 000 dilution of 50% thiram > 1∶ 800 dilution of 50% carbendazim . Cleaning of the environment before composting and spray disinfection with 1∶1 500 dilution of 50% sporgon could significantly decreased the damage of M. perniciosa and the control efficiency was 87.97% ,but the control efficacy reached 92.47% after sterilizing the mushroom house and culture components at 60℃ for 24 h. Our results suggest that the integrated control including chemical control and physical control could control the brown rot on straw mushroom efficiently with 97.97%.
